Before you bring your community on board.
What can residents book?
Managers can add washers, dryers, saunas, shared rooms, parking, equipment, sports courts and other facilities. The current booking calendar offers hourly slots between 07:00 and 22:00, up to 30 days ahead.
Can two residents book the same time?
No. The application checks reservations on the server and prevents two bookings for the same facility, date and time slot.
What happens when a machine breaks?
A resident can submit a defect report. A manager can mark the facility out of order, which prevents new bookings until it is made active again.
Does each building need its own subscription?
No. A company subscription costs €15 per month including VAT and includes unlimited buildings, users and facilities.
Do residents need to install an app?
No. Residents and managers use their company portal in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
What happens if a subscription is not renewed?
Company records remain available to view, but new bookings and normal management changes are paused until subscription access is restored.
